• By changing colors and options, this example emulates the style of Office XP. We've changed BgGradientVertical to Yes, creating a vertical background gradient-fill, and set FlatToolBars to Yes. We've also hidden the drag-grips from the bars by setting MenuBarsShowGrips and ToolBarsShowGrips both to No.

• Menu selectors now use gradient fills (using MenuSelectorColor and MenuSelectorGradientColor), and we've used a black drop-shadow for menus with a decreased MenuShadowOpacity.

• Finally we've forced the two toolbars onto separate rows by setting their FullWidth parameters to Yes.
