Wrong Fonts Issue on Mac Browsers
Following a recent update to the Flash plug-in for Apple Mac, the wrong fonts were displayed in Cool Focus applets displayed in a Mac browser. (Applets would use a non-descript serif font.) We've updated all Flash applets to work around this problem and ensure that the correct fonts are now used.
Zoom v1.11
This minor update to Zoom adds a new parameter, ZoomAlwaysOn, which lets you specify that the large (zoomed) image section is always on, as an alternative to the default behavior of removing the large image when the mouse leaves the thumbnail.
PicStrip v2.81
ImageRoll v2.81
Both PicStrip and ImageRoll have been updated to add transparency features for the images. You can specify the initial transparency of all the images, and they will fade up to full opacity on mouseover. We've also added an option to specify the amount by which scroll speed increases if the 'Accelerate' option is used.
Muzo v1.71
This update to our Muzo streaming MP3 player applet adds a 'RandomOrder' option, allowing the tracks in the playlist to be played in random order.
Gridlock v1.21
This tiny update to Gridlock allows you to specify the width of the scroll arrows shown at either end of scrolling bars, rather than giving them a fixed width of 10 pixels.
To upgrade a product you're using already, just download the new version and install it over the old one. If you're a registered user, your existing registration codes can still be used. Design Studio users can choose Help > Remote Update to receive any new and updated Flash applets along with updates to Design Studio itself.

NEW! Zoom high-resolution image display
Zoom is a new image-display utility designed to show high-resolution detail of images. Moving the mouse over a small version of an image displays the zoomed detail alongside. This is achieved by loading two versions of the image: a small version used to navigate around the picture, and a large version used to display the zoomed detail. Zoom can be used to display just a single picture, or can load a scrolling gallery of thumbnails which allows the user to pick images to display and zoom. Zoom handles scaling (if necessary) and positioning of images automatically, and includes transparency options for compatible browsers.
Design Studio v3.00
This update to our free Design Studio application for Windows adds improved support for Windows Vista, and support for new and forthcoming applet releases. Existing Design Studio users can choose Help > Remote Update to upgrade to this new version automatically and receive all the new and updated applets on this page at the same time. Note: if you use Windows Vista and have trouble upgrading to this version using Remote Update, click the link above this item to download and install Design Studio using the installer.
ArtScene v1.10
This update to ArtScene adds two new parameters to fine-tune the speed at which image-thumbnails are scrolled using the arrow buttons, and a parameter that allows you to freeze the applet at its 'Loading...' screen for design purposes, when choosing the design options used for the progress bar.
Mailman v1.81
This minor update to Mailman adds two new parameters letting you choose whether messages can be sent when their Subject line or message text is blank.
XPanel v1.40
This XPanel update changes the way the scroll buttons in each panel work. Previously each click on a scroll button would scroll items by one line; the scroll buttons can now be held down for continuous scrolling.
OfficeBar v1.21
This minor update to OfficeBar fixes a bug in which disabled items on submenus would sometimes appear enabled.
NEW! ArtScene animated thumbnail image display
ArtScene is a new horizontal picture-gallery. Thumbnail images are laid out in a row along an invisible center-line, with stylish glass-like reflections below. Clicking an image makes it expand and slide forward (and any previously-selected image slides backward). The optional text caption for the selected image is displayed below it and can act as a link. Scrollers at either end of the applet react to mouse-hover to scroll the row of pictures left and right. Click the heading above to jump to live examples of ArtScene.
Messenger v2.71
This minor update adds a new parameter, RandomStart, which can be used to tell Messenger to begin displaying its text items from a random point in the list, rather than necessarily from item one.
